Maria graduated with a Master’s degree in Accountancy in 2019 at the University of Malta and she is a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Maria started working in audit in 2016 as an Associate within a mid-tier firm while completing her studies. Following her graduation, Maria became promoted to a Junior Auditor and she was later promoted to a Senior Auditor.
Maria started as a Financial Controller at DZ Advisory Ltd in July 2021, after gaining various experiences in assisting numerous clients in the audit industry. Maria is hardworking, determined and has an eye for detail in every task she is presented with. She strives to improve on her skills and bring a better version of her work.
