Originally established in 1906 as a confectionery, Rubino has evolved into a beloved bistro serving classic Maltese and Italian dishes. Located on Gżira’s panoramic promenade near Manoel Island, this minimalist-style restaurant brings these experiences to life with dishes like Venezuelan Caldo de Costilla, Filipino Sizzling Pork Sisig, and Brazilian Moqueca Baiana. Grain Street
